The Paint Job Side Mission
One of the earliest side missions available in the game is called "Paint Job". To begin, you must meet Sitara on the roof near Pier 39. To reach the roof, you will need to use the Climbax remote control platform in the parking lot near the building. After a cutscene, Sitara will mark various locations on the map where you will need to apply graffiti. The first location is usually a billboard on the rooftop where you meet Sitara. Simply take control of the crane, lower its platform to your location, and lift yourself up to the art spot. Another restricted area is the parking building east of the Port of Oakland. This spot is tougher to reach as you will need to deploy your Jumper with the enhanced springs upgrade to reach the rooftop.
Final Leg
The final leg of the Paint Job mission is straightforward. Drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and find the lift on the side of the marked part of the bridge. You may need to deploy your quadcopter to get into hacking range of the lift. Once you've lowered the lift enough, ride it up and interact with the spot to apply your graffiti. There are four levels of the bridge that you need to paint, and each level requires you to lower the lift and ride it up. Continue this process until you reach the top of the bridge.
