Launch the Paint 3D app
To launch the Paint 3D app, you must first ensure that you have the latest version of Windows installed on your PC. Paint 3D is an in-built software that comes with the latest version of Windows.
Once you have confirmed that you have the latest version, you can launch the app by simply pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and searching for 'Paint 3D'. You can then open the app by clicking on it in the search results.

Paint 3D allows you to create 2D or 3D text. You can use this text to add captions to your images or create banners or posters.
To create 2D text, click on the Text icon located on the Menu Bar of the Paint 3D window. Then, click anywhere on your canvas to point the cursor and start typing. You can select the font style, font size, formatting, and color of your text.
To create 3D text, follow the same steps but instead, select the 3D text icon located on the extreme right pane of the Paint 3D window. After clicking on the 3D text icon, click anywhere on the canvas to point your cursor and then start typing. You can also select the font style, font size, formatting, and color of your 3D text.
Once you have created your text, you can edit it by clicking on the text object you want to edit. You will know it is selected when a bounding box appears around the text object. This will open the text editing menu, where you can also change the color of the text and add text effects such as 3D effects, shadow effects, and reflection effects.
