Find a Changing Place
To apply body paint in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, players must first find a Changing Place. This spot is similar to a Crafting Table and Cooking Station but is often located in more secluded spots. Changing Places are only available in large settlements, not smaller ones like camps or stations.
To find the Changing Place at the Resistance HQ, fast-travel to the Headquarters, then immediately turn right without entering the door. Walk forward, and the Changing Place should be on the right. At The Circle, the Changing Place is located in the tent after the purple tent. Simply walk past the purple tent, enter the next shelter, and then press Use at the Changing Place. Players can also find a Changing Place at the Resistance Hideout. To reach it, fast-travel to the hideout, then use either of the two stairs. The Changing Place should be next to the orange door.
At the Hollows, walk up the stone stairs on the left, then turn right and walk on the wooden ledge. At the Kinglor Forest HQ, the Changing Place is down in the cave on the right. In Hometree, it's up the ramp and left into the commons. At the new HQ, it’s in the central area after it gets its Na’vi Style.
Once you've found a Changing Place, you can customise your Na'vi character's body paint, face, hair, skin, voice, and body type. You can also apply cosmetics to the gear you wear so that your favourite designs are on display.
