KILZ 2® ALL-PURPOSE Primer is a fast-drying, water-based, multi-surface primer, sealer, and stain blocker with excellent adhesion, mildew resistance, sealing properties, and a very mild odour. It is meant to be used as an undercoat and not a finish coat. It can be used on interior and exterior surfaces, including woodwork, drywall, plaster, paneling, masonry, brick, painted metal, and properly prepared glossy surfaces. It is not recommended for flooring. KILZ 2® ALL-PURPOSE Primer may be used on clean, dry, aged masonry surfaces.
