Using Paint 3D

Step 4: Remove the Background
Remove the cutout off to the side of the canvas. Highlight the background with the "Select" tool and press "Delete". Now, the background should be gone, and you can drag the main image back into the centre.
Step 5: Create a Transparent Background
Go to "Canvas" and select the Show Canvas toggle to hide it. The background will turn grey. Now, go to "Menu" in the top left corner and hit "Save". Select "PNG" as your image type, as this format supports transparency. Also, make sure to select the Transparency toggle.
Step 6: Save the Image
Finally, hit "OK" to return to the save screen, then hit "Save" again and select a location for your final image. Now you have successfully saved your image without a background!
