Using the Transform Tool
Medibang Paint's Transformation Tool allows you to alter your art in a variety of ways. To access the tool, click "Select" → "Transform" from the menu, or use the CTRL+T shortcut on Windows or Command+T on a Mac.
The Transform Tool gives you the ability to expand, shrink, and rotate your images. When you activate the tool, its toolbar will appear at the bottom of the main window.
